Youth Residential Services provide 24-hour supervision to adolescents who may have experienced hospitalizations for various psychological and psychiatric conditions.
The program provides 24-hour supervision to adolescents who either have a history of failed placements and/or have experienced various psychological/psychiatric experiences, including hospitalizations. The ICO program believes in the team approach and incorporates all pertinent persons in the treatment process especially parents.
ICO accepts adolescents with a history of behavioral problems, aggressive behaviors, developmental disorders, and other emotional disorders. The adolescents within the ICO program have individualized treatment plans developed by the treatment team and will focus on the adolescents’ strengths, interests, and needs. This will be the focus in an effort to assist adolescents with growth and success. We offer an opportunity for youth to grow in a private, clean, structured, warm, less restrictive, and more productive environment.
ICO provides two homes for male adolescents, ages 14–20. One home is located in Harford County and the other in Baltimore County. To encourage growth and success, adolescents receive individualized treatment plans that focus on the adolescent’s strengths, interests, and needs.
