Our History

Incorporated in 1986, ICO has nearly 30 years of rich history in meeting the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of its community. We have been addressing the deficiencies that keep youth and families from reaching their full potential. ICO’s staple program in its youth and family division has been the “Trinise Jones Summer Day Camp”. Over the years we have provided an exciting experience for low income families impacting 4,000 plus students, this year we were able to take 172 campers application and enrolled 152 campers. ICO also provides additional education and mentoring services, through its After School Program, to “at-risk” youth from the Harford County Public School System.
